Partners and Practitioners Across both Adult and children’s social care.

Aim

To understand the corrosive impact that Hate has on individuals and communities and to gain confidence in tackling these issues

Learning Objectives

By the end of the conference participants will have:

- An increased understanding and knowledge of Hate Crime and Hate Incidents

- An increased understanding of the needs of victims of Hate Crimes and Hate Incidents

- An improved understanding of the factors that drive Hate Crimes and Hate Incidents 

- An increased knowledge and understanding of how to be an upstander

- An improved ability to develop policies and strategies to reduce the incidence and impact of hate in their workplace
