Private Law Outline (PLO) Process and Framework training

Target Group

This training is aimed at Children’s Social Care staff in the London Borough of Sutton. 

Aims

The aims of the session is:

To clarify the PLO process for staff and the specific requirements for drafting Letter Of Intents (LOIs) and other documents within the PLO framework, to help achieve the aim of PLO process taking 16 weeks from the LPM decision to a final resolution.

Learning Objectives 

After attending this session staff will have:

• Increased their knowledge and understanding about the PLO process, and the specific requirements for drafting LOIs
• Improved confidence in drafting LOIs
• Improved confidence in dealing with experts and asking the right questions in their assessment to avoid having to go back to the expert for addendum.
