Target Group:

This course is targeted to foster carers and social care roles in children’s services in the London Borough of Sutton.

Aims:

The aim of this session is to develop ways to find support for yourself and give support to your colleagues.

1. Analyse factors which lead to compassion fatigue in your work 
2. Identify coping strategies that you can use to increase your resiliency
