COGNUS - DSL - New to Role (Summer)

Full one day course to equip staff with the knowledge to carry out the role of Designated Safeguarding Lead within an Education Setting.

This training session is suitable for any person taking on the role of DSL or Deputy DSL.

The aim of this session is to equip the attendee with the knowledge to undertake the role of DSL or Deputy DSL in their setting.

After attending this session, you will have a greater understanding of the role the DSL in an Education setting, and where to find advise and support to carry out your role.

This course has a cost of £50+20% VAT for Sutton schools, colleges and nurseries.

This course has a cost of £125+20% VAT via invoice for:

• Independent settings within Sutton
• Non-schools e.g. charities (one a year)
