This workshop will focus identifying opportunities to embed and monitor the strategic outcomes through the SEND strategy, including:
• To consider what we want from a new SEND Strategy in Sutton and what we have to draw on
• To check and challenge Sutton’s progress against the Joint Commissioning Strategy
• To increase understanding of how strategic outcomes can be embedded in the commissioning cycle
• To develop a plan for embedding the strategic outcomes in the commissioning cycle
• To identify how monitoring the outcomes through the commissioning cycle will be embedded in the area’s SEND self-evaluation
