Detail:

A series of sessions focused on understanding and supporting behaviours arising from complex social communication difficulties using approaches of regulation and play.

This training session is suitable for EY Practitioners and SENCOs (in schools or nursery settings).

The aim of this session is to provide knowledge and strategies for supporting sensory development, addressing sensory processing issues that affect behaviour and communication.

After attening this session, you will:

  • Understand the role of sensory processing in children's behaviour and communication.
  • Identify signs of sensory processing difficulties and their impact on daily functioning.
  • Implement strategies to create sensory-friendly environments and activities that support sensory integration.
