RESTORE2 Competencies 24/25

TARGET GROUP: 

This course is targeted to:

• all registered nurses and carers working within residential and nursing homes in the London Borough of Sutton 
• other PVI homes commissioned to look after Sutton’s residents.  

Please note: this training is only for those who have previously completed the full day Restore2 course, and have not already had their competencies signed off.

AIM: 

The aim of this session is:

• To allow those who have completed Restore2 Training an opportunity to have their competencies verified, if they did not gain these during the initial training.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

At the end of this course participants will have:

• An increased knowledge of completing 6 vital observations and creating NEWS score;
• An improved understanding of Sepsis, and complete a questionnaire;
• An increased knowledge of how to use SBARD, demonstrated using scenarios.
