TARGET GROUP

This training is targeted to care home staff and managers, registered nurses and others working in residential care settings in the London Borough of Sutton.

AIM

The aim of this course is to look at the importance of accurate record keeping and personalised care plans.

LEARNING OUTCOMES 

By the end of the training participants will have:

  • A better understanding of the importance of accurate record keeping and care plans
  • Improved knowledge of the reason for accurate record keeping
