Target Group

This session is aimed at Practice educators, practice assessors and onsite student supervisors (adults and children).

Aims

The aim of this session is:

• To review relevant frameworks such as the PCF and KSS and consider the importance of developing analytical skills and reflective practice. 

Learning Objectives

By attending this course, participants will have:

• An increased understanding of analysis in social work
• An improved understanding of reflection in social work and supervision 
• An increased knowledge of the barriers to reflection
• An ability to apply an appropriate tool or framework to enable reflection
• An ability to select and apply an appropriate tool or framework to enable analysis
