Social Care Induction 22/23

Whether you are a new employee to the London Borough of Sutton, someone who has transferred internally, or someone who has taken a promotion, starting a new job can be a challenging experience. A well planned induction programme can make a real difference in helping staff to settle in quickly and happily to a productive and rewarding role. Attendance is mandatory for all new permanent staff members and highly recommended for agency staff expected to remain with LB Sutton for more than 3 months.
