COGNUS - Early Years SEN Identification of Need

An information and training session for Early Years SENCO’s and practitioners

This training session is suitable for PVI SENCo’s that are new to the role or practitioners who wish to further their understanding of supporting children with additional needs.

The aim of this session is to provide practitioners with the knowledge, understanding and skills to support children with additional needs.​

After attending this session, you will:

Be confident in identifying any additional needs a child may have​

Know what to do when you identify a child with SEND​

Understand how to seek advice and support for that child​

Be aware of how to monitor a child with SEND​
