This training is targeted to care home staff and managers, registered nurses and others working in residential care settings and any relevant adult social care roles in the London Borough of Sutton.

Course Overview:

To look at the importance of accurate record-keeping and personalised care plans

By the end of the training participants will have:

  • A better understanding of the importance of accurate record keeping and care plans
  • Improved knowledge of the reason for accurate record keeping
  • Gained confidence in completing accurate records
  • Participate in sharing experiences
  • Developed skills in accurate record keeping and care planning
