Target group 

These sessions are targeted to staff working in early intervention in Sutton for children in families, pastoral staff in schools, SENCOs, DSLs, Health visitors, School nurses, Early help and youth justice workers and Early intervention service.

Overview

These are termly induction sessions for new staff which will involve presentations from Helping Early staff, Family Hub lead, Early Help managers and others.

Aims

The aim of the sessions is to welcome new staff working in early intervention for children and families and to introduce the wider system of practitioners and services so new starters are aware of the service offer in Sutton, the key processes for early help and how to take part in connecting with other practitioners across Sutton

By the end of the conference participants should be able to:
Understand the principles of helping early
Understand the helping early service offer for families in Sutton
