Based on the children you’ve been caring for (past/present), is there any common experience or issue that you think could be addressed in this strategy?  Is there something that children have consistently mentioned to you?

What is working that you would like to see more of for children (or see develop)?

When you consider your experience as a foster carer - what do you think would help you in your practice, and the support you receive from LBS and partners - that would encourage you to stay with us and to keep working alongside us?

We would like our restorative practice model to be embedded in practice across the community - is this something you would value training on if you haven’t received that yet? Is it something you would support?

We would like to improve the language we use across the Council, would you be open to signing up to that too? (Which means not using terms such as LAC) And hearing from children/young people about their preferred terms.
