ZPractice Learning Conversation Workshop

TARGET GROUP

CSC practitioners: FDWs, SWs, ATMs, TMs 

It is strongly advised that those who have not completed a Practice Learning Conversation before attend this workshop. It is also open to those who would like a refresher.

AIM

This workshop aims to give practitioners an overall understanding of Practice Learning Conversation audits, including why we audit in Sutton and tips for completing a Practice Learning Conversation  to the required standard.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

By the end of this course participants will:

• Have an overview of the Practice Learning Conversation process 
• Know how to complete a Practice Learning Conversation
• Have an understanding of Practice Learning Conversation gradings, and what ‘good’ looks like in Sutton
• Have an awareness of the practice standards for SMART plans
• Be able to set SMART actions
