Essential Training Day for All Carers 24/25

TARGET GROUP

This course is targeted to carers within Nursing, Residential and Day Care Services and Home care (domiciliary care) providers who deliver services to London Borough of Sutton residents. 

AIMS

The aim of this session is:

• To support carers to carry out holistic care incorporating all aspects of physical, psychological and spiritual care.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

At the end of this course participants will have:

• An improved understanding of individualised holistic care.
• An improved knowledge of all aspects of care and relevant evidence to support this.
• An increased knowledge in all care procedures and how and why to have end of life conversations
• An improved knowledge of basic nursing care
